THE PROCESS INVOLVES TWO STEPS:
Step 1.
Behavior Modification- We will first place a special device that is equipped with light and sound near the entrance of the raccoon nest. This device will be left on-site for 7-14 days. We will also determine what materials are needed to repair the entry point into the structure, i.e. roofing material siding etc.
Step 2.
We will come and remove the device and the repair the entry point using materials we already matched to your home’s exterior or roofing material.
No need to hire two Contractors - We will get rid of raccoons and seal up the compromise.
